SUMMARY
Responsible for the development, planning and implementation of all functions for company's external web presence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Marketing / Communications experience required
- Strong project management skills
- Training or experience in web management
- Experience with HTML
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees website activities for English, Spanish and Portuguese corporate websites as well as the online Stores, etc.
- Manages all web content and creates unique content as needed to for corporate, product and support information
- Directs the design of web page layout, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes and infrastructure for product releases and new sections on website
- Manages team of designers and developers for complete website updates
- Coordinate public relations, corporate marketing and channel marketing to add new content or new programs to the web environment
- Performs web usability testing to ensure that site functionality is maximized
- Collects and analysis web statics to improve business processes
- Manages online affiliate programs, online sweepstakes, online partnerships (or co-sponsorships) and online advertisement
- Maintains database of information
- Organizes the creation and delivery of monthly eNewsletter to database of registered users
- Partners with web administrator to implement pages or applications into production environment and provides technical assistance to Site Administrators
- Make hardware and or/software purchasing recommendations or decisions regarding web development
- Manages the web budget
